| | | | | | | | Background/Purpose of Request: Brunswick County and City of Northwest leadership staff members have met and discussed merging the City's utility system into the County system. Subsequently, the City directed their staff to make a request to the County to provide a draft agreement for consideration of the merger to occur as of January 1, 2020. Staff developed the attached draft agreement for the Board to consider. |
