County Attorney - Resolution of Support for Bald Head Island Transportation Authority (Bob Shaver, County Attorney)

Issue/Action Requested:
Request that the Board of Commissioners consider approval of a Resolution of Support for the Acquisition of the Bald Head Island Ferry Transportation System by the Bald Head Island Transportation Authority.
Background/Purpose of Request:

The Bald Head Island Transportation Authority seeks support from the Board of Commissioners for its purchase of the ferry transportation system from its private owners as contemplated by the legislature when it enacted the Ferry Transportation Authority Act in 2017.
