Background/Purpose of Request:
In May of 2020, the Board of Commissioners approved an agreement with State Utility Contractors, Inc., to provide on-call construction services for a specific Work Task in the event of an emergency. The original agreement term was set at one year with an option to renew for either one or two years upon mutual written agreement of the parties. Both parties have agreed to renew the agreement for two additional years. Staff recommends an amendment with State Utility Contractors, Inc., to extend the existing agreement until May 4, 2023. |
