Request that the Board of Commissioners approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the AAR of North Carolina Inc. contract for roof replacement at Southport Elementary School in the amount of $864,750 and the Coastal Commercial Roofing Company Inc. contract for the roof replacement at Union Elementary School in the amount of $328,993.

Brunswick County Board of Education approved both contracts on 4/20/2021 and staff recommends the contract with AAR of North Carolina Inc in the amount of $864,750 and the contract with Coastal Commercial Roofing Company Inc. in the amount of $328,993 be executed by the Board of Commissioners. The contracts are fully funded by bond proceeds. |
