| | | | | | | | Background/Purpose of Request: On December 16, 2019, the Board of Commissioners granted the Town of Leland a temporary and permanent construction easement over portions of the Leland library property for the town's multi-use path project. The temporary construction easement is set to expire on June 30, 2021. The town of Leland has requested an extension for an additional year. The plat showing the 101 sq. ft. easement is attached as well as the temporary construction easement previously granted. |
