Background/Purpose of Request:
On the evening of February 15, 2021, a deadly EF-3 tornado developed across southwestern Brunswick County, leaving behind multiple fatalities, injuries, damage and destruction along a 22 mile long path before lifting. During, and following the devastation, the affected communities witnessed an tremendous response from individuals, organizations, and businesses reaching out to assist in recovery and relief efforts.
