Request that the Board of Commissioners enter into an agreement extension with RecordingPro for recording system and internet document based access system and give authority to the County Manager to sign the contract. |

The Register of Deeds currently has an agreement with RecordingPro in place and this extension would continue the existing agreement for a monthly service payment of $11,600 and continuing until June 30, 2026. |
