Request that the Board of Commissioners enter into a service agreement for HVAC repair and maintenance with HVAC StarPlus, LLC. |
| | | | | | | | Background/Purpose of Request:
Three proposals were received to provide heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) routine maintenance, emergency services and repairs for HVAC systems installed on county property. HVAC StarPlus, LLC is the low bidder for these services. All proposals are summarized in the attached bid tabulation. Routine scheduled maintenance is quoted at $55,000 per year and is budgeted in 104280-444000. Funds for emergency services and repairs is budgeted in 104280-435200. The service agreement is for an inital one year term followed by two automatic renewal options. |
