Background/Purpose of Request:
As Brunswick County has been effected by a number of disasters and emergencies in recent years as well as other Counites statewide, Commissioner Williams, as the President of the NC Association of County Commissioners has set his initiative as the "100 Counties Prepared".
This Resolution encourages citizens to develop and communicate a plan, build emergency kits to protect themselves, and prepare for emergencies. |
