Sheriff's Office - 911 Center Program Upgrade Agreement

Issue/Action Requested:
Request that the Board of Commissioners approve a five-year agreement associated with the upgrade to the 911 Center's EMD system to include the Fire Priority Dispatch System, subject to review and approval by the County Attorney. Funds for the project are part of the approved FY22 state 911 budget. 
Background/Purpose of Request:
The Fire Priority Dispatch System provides a comprehensive emergency response program for residents and visitors and will be part of the Center's Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) system. The upgrade is valued at $152,762.70 to implement the first year, with annual service and maintenance support fees valued at $15,600 for years two through five.
