Requests that the Board of Commissioners approve a change to the Code Administration-Permitting Fee Schedule for Sub-Contractor Change from Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00) to Fifty Dollars ($50.00). |
| | | | | | | | Background/Purpose of Request:
Brunswick County Code Administration evaluated the current fee schedule for sub-contractor changes for building projects within Brunswick County. During the evaluation of the fees associated with a change of contractors, it was discovered the current fee schedule is higher than surrounding counties/municipalities. In order to be more consistent with surrounding communities, the fee schedule change is requested. |
