Request that the Board of Commissioners ratify an amendment to the agreement with North Carolina Sound of Goldsboro, LLC which covers a change order to the project originally approved in the FY21 budget request. |
| | | | | | | | Background/Purpose of Request:
The value of the change order associated with the amendment is $35,817.20 and will be split between state and county funds, with the county departmental budget taking about 82% of the split. The amendment was approved by County Legal after meeting with County Finance to amend the Purchase Order. We do not anticipate the need for a budget amendment at this time and will work within the budget to complete the project. |
