Issue/Action Requested:
Request that the Board of Commissioners approve Budget Amendments, Capital Project Ordinances and Fiscal Items of a routine nature on the consent agenda.
-Links Consolidated Appropriations Act Supplemental Payments
Request Board of Commissioner approval for LINKS supplemental payments provided by the Consolidated Appropriations Act for the LINKS program. Each NC county will receive a one-time increase in their LINKS allocation from the supplemental funding in the Consolidated Cares Act that will be equal to twice the annual allocation they received for SFY2021 ($77,500). A one-time unrestricted payment to eligible young adults are as follows; age 18-20 $2,500 and age 21-26 $5,000.
