Background/Purpose of Request:
The courthouse addition and renovation project commenced on April 1, 2020 with a two year construction period and is currently scheduled for completion on May 22, 2022.

Phase 2 renovations to the existing building interior began on April 10, 2021 and are scheduled for completion in early December. After the completion of Phase 2 there will be a two week owner move period to allow courthouse staff to move into the renovated areas so Phase 3 renovations can commence.
Phase 3 is scheduled to begin at the end of December after the owner move period and run through to the project completion in late May of 2022.
Concurrent with the Phase 2 renovations the architect and Big Sky Interior Design have been analyzing the existing furniture in the courthouse and the need for new furniture for the additional spaces that have been added or renovated.
