Request that the Board of Commissioners schedule a public hearing on April 18, 2022 to hear any comments or suggestions on the Public Housing Agency goals, objectives and policies. |
| | | | | | | | Background/Purpose of Request:
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires each Public Housing Agency (PHA) to annually hold a public hearing regarding the agency's goals, objectives and policies and invite the public to comment. HUD considers the annual public hearing essential to PHAs in determining whether changes to goals, objectives and policies are needed. Staff recommends that the Board of Commissioners set a public hearing on April 18, 2022 to receive feedback on the agencies goals, objectives and policies. |
