Request the Board of Commissioners approve a Memorandum of Agreement with the State of North Carolina Public Safety Emergency Management for Homeland Security Grants Program for exercise grant funds. |

Brunswick County Emergency Services has been approved by State of North Carolina Department of Public Safety Emergency Management for $12,000 from the Homeland Security Grants Program to be used to conduct a multi-agency exercise in Brunswick County. The exercise will be related to a large vessel fire on the Cape Fear River impacting both the waterway and surrounding communities. |
