Request that the Board of Commissioners authorize the County Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for the usage of the Firing Range. The County Manager would also be approved to execute any possible amendments during the term. |

The FBI's usage of the Firing Range brings in revenues for the County in the amount of $6,000 annually. The term of the MOU is five years; the last MOU was signed in 2017. |
