Brunswick County Utilities owns Parcel # 18100072, which is a 628 acre parcel used for spray fields. The parcel abuts N. Mulberry Rd and Forest St. Extension in Shallotte.
NCDOT has offered $1800.00 for 0.012 of an acre and an easement needed for a bridge project on N. Mulberry Rd. Utilities accesses the property along Forest St. and does not believe the easement will interfere with their operations.
