Sheriff's Office - 911 Recorder Replacement Agreement

Issue/Action Requested:
Request the Board of Commissioners approve an agreement for the purchase of the 911 Center's primary and backup recording systems to replace the existing system that is end of life. This system is valued at $181,340, is 82% funded by the State, and part of the approved FY22 budget.
Background/Purpose of Request:
This purchase is in conjunction with the overall 911 Center Backup Site Project, but it is also replacing the primary site's system. The county's obligation of this project is 17.8%, $32,435, and will be rolled with other ongoing capital projects from FY22. No further appropriations are needed at this time after said rollover request.
