Request that the Board hold a Public Hearing required for the adoption of the 2023 Schedule of Values. Following the Public Hearing, it is requested that the Board of Commissioners schedule a meeting to adopt the Schedule of Values. As this meeting should occur no sooner than seven days after the Public Hearing, it is suggested that it be scheduled for October 17, 2022 at 6:00pm. |

Brunswick County conducts a revaluation and adopts a new schedule of values every four years. Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 105-317, a public hearing shall be held to allow comment. |
