This proposal includes the addition of WebEx integration into the existing Audio-Visual system in Courtroom 6 at the Brunswick County Courthouse. This upgrade will allow the courtroom to include remote witness testimony during a trial or other event taking place.

All RFP items (RFP - 52, 53, 56, 57) and door 2134 additions are needed and resulting from overlooks or changes in the original design.

Door 1000A is a request from the Sheriff's Office as it is currently a security concern. They would like to have the ability to manually lock the front main entrance.

The door release request submitted by Courthouse staff to help with the flow of public (foot) traffic.

The data drops are requested in areas that were not originally designed as offices (outside of existing offices or records storage) and are now being used as offices or conference rooms.  

Total Cost: $31,081.84
