1.Administration - Resolution for International Logistics Park Left Turn Lane

 

Request that the Board of Commissioners consider approving a resolution asking NCDOT to provide economic development funding for a left turn lane on US74/76 W. at the NC International Logistics Park.

2.Health and Human Services - Health Services – 2021 Child Fatality Prevention Team Annual Report

Request that the Board of Commissioners review and approve the 2021 Child Fatality Prevention Team Annual Report

3.Health and Human Services - Social Services - Brunswick Family Assistance (BFA) Funded Agency Agreement for FY 22-23
Request that the Board of Commissioners approve the renewal of the funded agency agreement between Brunswick County and the non-profit agency - Brunswick Family Assistance.
4.Operation Services - NCDPS Probation and Parole Leases
Request that the Board of Commissioners approve a lease agreement and a sublease agreement for 3 years beginning August 1, 2022 through July 31, 2025 to provide office space for NC Department of Public Safety Probation and Parole at no cost to the state agency.
5.Operation Services - Tip Fee Exemption Request
Request that the Board of Commissioners approve a tip fee exemption at the Brunswick County Landfill for Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Raleigh.

1.Engineering - Presentation - Proposed Update to Stormwater Management Manual (Brigit Flora, P.E., CFM)
Request the Board of Commissioners receive a presentation on updating the Brunswick County Stormwater Management Manual.
2.Health and Human Services - Health Services – Community Health Assessment Update

Request the Board of Commissioners receive an update on the 2022 Community Health Assessment.

3.Parks & Recreation - Recognition of 2022 Special Olympics USA Games (Aaron Perkins, Director of Parks & Recreation)

Request that the Board of Commissioners Recognize Brunswick County Athletes that competed at the Special Olympics USA Games in Bocce.

VII.Administrative Report
1.Administration - ARPA Revenue Replacement Project - Radio Upgrades
Request that the Board of Commissioners approve one of the Revenue Replacement Projects that is part of the overall American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) implementation. This project, titled "Radio Upgrades" on the approved list, is the overhaul of radios used by the Sheriff's Office, Emergency Management, and Health Department and includes more than 500 radios at a value of $3,156,810.76.
